Gosia Mielech is a choreographer, performer, and movement director from Poznań, working internationally across performance, education, and interdisciplinary creation. She was a soloist with the Polish Dance Theatre (2007–2012), collaborating with leading choreographers including Ohad Naharin, Jacek Przybyłowicz, and Ewa Wycichowska.
In 2012, she founded DanceLab, a platform for choreographic exploration. She has created and presented solo works internationally, including FearLess, Miss Liberty, MOA, and Anonymous, and has collaborated with companies such as Emergence Dance Company (UK) and Rozbark Dance and Movement Theatre.
Her choreographic language is rooted in experimentation and embodiment, exploring emotion, transformation, and presence. Her work creates immersive, poetic experiences while fostering inclusive and challenging spaces for artists.
A certified Gaga teacher, Gosia leads workshops and masterclasses worldwide and has taught at institutions including the New Zealand School of Dance and Scottish Dance Theatre. She is also the creator of Movement Laboratory and GoPiYoga, blending dance, improvisation, and body awareness.
Recent works include Mission Intuition (2024), Libertas, and Hekate (2025), currently touring across Poland. She has received numerous awards and scholarships and was featured at Tanzmesse NRW, representing the Polish independent dance scene.
